I think everybody should visit Hiroshima especially politicians and world leaders. Perhaps then they would realise the full horror of a nuclear war, and work towards getting rid of nuclear weapons.
A grim reminder that as nations we should adopt a pragmatic approach to resolve differences.
ReplyDeleteI have had the sad honor of visiting Peace Park in Hiroshima Japan, once in 1958 and again in 2007! Eventhough I was only 6 years old when bomb was droped, I could not help but feel the sadness and the waste of human life, as I viewed the many informative sites at this location! To talk about it is one thing! To see it is another! But to live it...I cannot comprehend! May God help and guide us to resolve our differences, with intelligents, not force! Densuke in USA
